Along the tranquil edge of the Zambezi River, Zambezi Mubala Lodge is a hidden gem that perfectly combines modern luxury with nature’s raw beauty. Located just 40 kilometres east of Katima Mulilo in Namibia’s lush Zambezi Region, this riverfront retreat offers a charming escape into a tropical paradise of sorts.

The lodge features 21 elegantly designed bungalows, comprising 4 twin, 13 double, and 4 family units, each offering unparalleled comfort with private balconies and sweeping views of the river. ‘Mubala’ meaning colour in Silozi, the lodge is thoughtfully decorated in soothing hues of blue and green, the interiors reflect the essence of the river and surrounding vegetation.

Facilities include a restaurant and bar, a refreshing swimming pool, and a curio shop for souvenirs. Guests can stay connected with complimentary WiFi at the reception area. Fishing

Join a guided fishing trip and catch species such as catfish, tilapia, nembwe and tigerfish. 2 persons per boat. Boat and basic tackle and bait are included. A fishing license can be obtained from the Lodge but is not included in the rate. Lost or broken fishing equipment as well as drinks at guest's own expense.
