You and your company’s employees are entitled to 20% discount on accommodation bookings and 15% discount on a Namibia2Go rental car once you have registered your company with Gondwana and received your unique company code. Employees, who already have a Gondwana Card can be booked at the relevant Gondwana Card rates.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at our sole discretion of the Board. The terms and conditions as published on the Website at the time of the booking shall apply.

Gondwana shall not be obliged to notify card holders of any amendments or change to the conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Special rates and benefits apply only to companies that have been registered with Gondwana and issued with unique company codes.
Corporate profile to be created under the company. Invoicing details, booking representative and general contact information must be provided.
The Company/Corporate Client will be entitled to 20% discount on accommodation bookings only. Employees registered for Gondwana Cards can be booked at the relevant Gondwana Card rates.
A 15% discount is offered on vehicle rental with Namibia2Go, excluding extras. Standard Namibia2Go terms and conditions apply.
The Corporate accommodation discount/voucher cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other special rates/discounts (i.e. Gondwana cardholders, promotional/other vouchers, shareholders discounts, etc.)
In order for a corporate discount to be applied, the booking must be made in the name of the Company using the unique company code. All company expenses must be pre-booked. No company charges will be bookable at the lodge by employees.
Gondwana accepts no liability for unauthorized bookings made by employees of the Company providing the unique company code. The Company will remain responsible for managing its internal authorization processes.
The Company/Corporate Booking Agent (as applicable) shall be responsible for payment of any corporate bookings made in accordance with the payment conditions communicated herein. Standard payment conditions apply if no credit agreement is set.
Advance bookings to be fully paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Rooming lists to be given 30 days prior to arrival.
Last-minute bookings falling within the 30 days of arrival will be given 5 working days to settle the payment.
Bookings made 5 days prior to arrival is confirmed on a book and pay basis.
The entire lodge is to be booked in the case of large events/retreats/functions. This is at Gondwana’s discretion. Terms and conditions apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

+ 29 days prior to arrival: 10%
22 – 28 days prior to arrival: 20%
15 – 21 days prior to arrival: 30%
08 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50%
04 – 07 days prior to arrival: 75%
01 – 03 days prior to arrival: 90%
