Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering as a Corporate Client with Gondwana Collection Namibia (“Gondwana”), the Company agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.
Gondwana shall not be obliged to notify corporate clients of any amendments or change to the conditions.
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are subject to amendment at the sole discretion of Gondwana Collection Namibia’s Board.
The version of the Terms & Conditions published on Gondwana’s website at the time of booking shall apply.
Gondwana is under no obligation to notify registered companies of any amendments or changes to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Corporate Registrations
Corporate rates and benefits apply exclusively to companies that have formally registered with Gondwana and have been issued a unique company code.
Upon registration, a corporate profile will be created. The Company must provide accurate invoicing details and general contact information.
The Company is responsible for ensuring that its profile information remains up to date.
3. Corporate Benefits
Registered Corporate Clients are entitled to:
- 20% discount on Gondwana accommodation bookings, and
- 15% discount on Namibia2Go car rentals.
The Standard Terms & Conditions applicable to Gondwana accommodation and Namibia2Go car rentals apply to all bookings.
Additional services and extras, including but not limited to beverages, curios, activities, chauffeur services, or any other add-ons, will be charged separately.
Corporate discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, special rates, or discounts.
Employees who are registered Gondwana Members may book at the applicable membership discount (Gondwana Membership Terms & Conditions apply). However, membership discounts and corporate discounts are not cumulative.
4. Booking Conditions
To qualify for the corporate discount, bookings must:
- Be made in the name of the registered Company, and
- Include the unique company code at the time of booking.
- In the case of group bookings, rooming lists must be submitted 30 days prior to arrival.
All corporate expenses must be pre-booked. Employees may not charge additional costs to the Company directly at the lodge or rental desk unless expressly authorised in writing.
Gondwana accepts no liability for unauthorised bookings made using the Company’s unique code. The Company remains responsible for managing its internal authorisation processes.
5. Payments
The Company or appointed Corporate Booking Agent shall be responsible for payment of all corporate bookings.
Standard payment conditions apply unless a separate credit agreement has been concluded with Gondwana.
The following payment deadlines apply:
- Advance bookings: Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Bookings made within 30 days of arrival: Payment must be settled within 5 working days of confirmation.
- Bookings made within 5 days of arrival: Confirmed on a book-and-pay basis (immediate payment required).
6. Group Bookings & Exclusive Use
For large events, retreats, or functions at Gondwana lodges and hotels, Gondwana reserves the right to require exclusive property booking.
The requirement for exclusive use remains at Gondwana’s sole discretion.
