Diploma in Business Process Management (NQF) Level 6
Gondwana Collection hosts apprenticeships for two CATS Diploma students for a two-year period, providing them with both practical and theoretical training. Practical training consists of four days a week of on-the-job experience, while another one and a half days are dedicated to theoretical instruction at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
CATS Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development (NQF) Level 5
This year-long training programme focuses on developing in-house leadership and management skills. Gondwana Collection's employees at the Windhoek support centres are given the opportunity to receive training and certification through NUST's CATS programme.
