General
Everyone is eligible to purchase vouchers for the Gondwana Black Friday 2024.
Voucher purchase: 25 November 2024 – 2 December 2024 between 8:00 and 16:00. Sales are closed on Voting Day, 27 November 2024 and the weekend, 30 November and 1 December 2024.
Vouchers are valid between 25 November 2024 and 31 March 2025.
You can purchase a maximum of 50 vouchers per payment – while stocks last.
The promotional rates do not apply to any bookings made before 25 November 2024.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash; they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
All vouchers expire on 31 March 2025 at midnight.
There will be no refunds for unused or lost vouchers. There will be no extensions.
Preferential rates do not apply. This offer is non-commissionable.
This promotion does not apply to agents or operators for retail purposes.
Daily Lucky Draw
Every person who purchased vouchers will participate in lucky draws by means of a random generator.
At 16:00 on 25, 26, 28 and 29 November 2024, two winners will be drawn. One winner receives a complimentary voucher for Reverie Kalahari Pod (opening on 1 December 2024); the other winner will get a complimentary voucher for The Ekipa Etosha Pod, opening on 1 February 2025.
Each voucher covers an all-inclusive stay for two people for 1 night (including all meals, drinks and activities).
These Secret Collection accommodation vouchers will be valid until 30 June 2025.
Accommodation vouchers
Gondwana Black Friday 2024 accommodation vouchers:
- N$950.00 per person (no single supplement applies) for Kalahari Anib Lodge, Kalahari Farmhouse, Canyon Lodge, Canyon Village, Canyon Roadhouse, Namib Desert Lodge, Namib Dune Star Camp, Damara Mopane Lodge, Palmwag Lodge & Camp, Omarunga Epupa-Falls Camp, Etosha Safari Lodge, Etosha Safari Camp, Hakusembe River Lodge, Namushasha River Lodge
- N$1500.00 per person (no single supplement applies) for The Desert Grace, Etosha King Nehale, Zambezi Mubala Lodge
Rates include dinner, bed & breakfast.
Other meals, activities, and drinks can be purchased at the property.
Excluded from the voucher sale are The Delight Swakopmund, Zambezi Mubala Camp, Okapuka Safari Lodge, The Weinberg Windhoek, Klein-Aus Vista, the Secret Collection, Camping2Go and Camping.
Each day, 1000 accommodation vouchers will be available for purchase; including 900 vouchers for N$950.00 each per day, and 100 vouchers for N$1 500.00 each per day.
Additionally, five complimentary vouchers for the Reverie Kalahari Pod and five vouchers for The Ekipa Etosha Pod will be handed out in lucky draws.
Accommodation bookings
Bookings with your Gondwana Black Friday 2024 vouchers are ONLY possible online on the Gondwana webstore https://gondwana-collection.com/. You can find a video on how to redeem your voucher here.
To enable the booking, the person making the booking must provide the voucher number and payment reference.
There is no additional discount for children aged 6 - 13. Children aged 0 – 5 stay free of charge; no voucher is needed.
This offer is subject to availability.
No walk-in bookings will be accepted at the lodge.
The Gondwana Black Friday 2024 accommodation vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other Gondwana accommodation promotions or vouchers.
Gondwana Card benefits apply to activities only, not to the special dinner, bed and breakfast rate.
Go2 Tourism Shuttle vouchers
Vouchers for the Go2 Tourism Shuttle are available for N$500.00 per leg per person for all routes, including Victoria Falls.
250 vouchers per day are available during the Gondwana Black Friday 2024.
Bookings with your Gondwana Black Friday 2024 Go2 vouchers are ONLY possible online on the Go2 website https://go2.na/. You can find a video on how to redeem your vouchers here.
Bookings can be made until 12:00 pm (noon) for travel on the following day. No walk-in bookings will be accepted on the day of departure.
To enable a booking with a Gondwana Black Friday 2024 Go2 voucher, the person making the booking must provide the voucher number and payment reference.
