Everyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old, is eligible to purchase vouchers at the Gondwana Black Friday 2025 Drive-Through Event. Identification may be requested when required.

Voucher Sale Period: Friday, 28 November 2025, from 08:00 until vouchers are sold out - while stocks last. 

Vouchers are valid for travel between 1 December 2025 and 30 June 2026; the check-out for Black Friday accommodation voucher bookings is 1 July 2026. 

Black Friday vouchers are only available to passengers inside vehicles entering the drive-through facility; only vehicles under 3.5 tons are permitted, no pedestrians or (motor)cyclists allowed, and entry is at the organiser’s discretion, with a maximum of 50 vouchers per vehicle, regardless of the number of occupants.  

The promotional rates apply only to purchases made during the official Black Friday 2025 event and relate to specific voucher and reference numbers linked to the sale.  

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Voucher resales are not permitted. 

Black Friday vouchers may only be redeemed for the specific product or service stated on the voucher. Vouchers may not be combined, exchanged, or applied toward other offers or higher-value vouchers. For illustrative purposes, a N$500 Go2 Tourism Shuttle voucher and a N$500 accommodation voucher cannot be combined to a N$1,000 accommodation voucher.

All vouchers expire on 30 June 2026 at midnight (check-out at lodges on 1 July 2026). No extensions or replacements will be granted for lost or unused vouchers. This condition will not be revised at any time.  

Preferential or commissionable rates do not apply. This offer is not valid for travel agents or tour operators purchasing for resale purposes. This promotion is solely intended for direct consumers.  

 
Voucher Rules & Responsibility: 

Voucher holders are fully responsible for their printed vouchers and unique codes. Gondwana Collection Namibia is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or misuse. 

Codes must remain confidential. Anyone presenting a valid code is considered the lawful holder. 

Pre-bookings with Black Friday vouchers are essential. No Black Friday vouchers will be accepted for walk-in arrivals at Gondwana lodges or Go2 Tourism Shuttle.  

The Black Friday vouchers cannot be applied to already booked and paid reservations. 

The Black Friday vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers. 

Bookings with the Black Friday vouchers are subject to availability. 

By holding or purchasing a voucher, the holder confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. 

Gondwana Collection Namibia reserves the right to amend or update these terms without notice. 

The exact location of the drive-through sale will only be revealed on the morning of 28 November 2025 at 06:00 on Gondwana’s official channels. 

Any vehicles that are parked queued at the venue prior to the release announcement aforementioned, will be towed away.  

Unattended cars will be towed. 

Sales will open at 08:00 am on Friday morning, 28 November 2025 and will conclude once vouchers are sold out. 

Entry into the sales-chute constitutes that each entrant has read these regulations and accepted compliance. A zero-tolerance approach will be taken to non-adherence of these regulations.

  
Each vehicle will be allowed to enter the drive-through lane once. Designated teams will be available to guide traffic, manage queues, and assist passengers during their purchase. 

Single-lane, one-way system – vehicles move forward only (no reversing or U-turns). 

In the event of an emergency, vehicles will be guided out of the chute in an orderly manner.  

Voucher allocation – up to 50 vouchers per car (mix of N$500 and N$1,000, while stocks last). 

Speed limit inside loop: walking pace (max 10 km/h). 

While vehicles are in the Sales-chute there will be opportunities for engagement. This is optional. Entertainment includes beverage promotions, Gondwana information and promotional opportunities, as well as food-promotions.

Bathroom passes will be issued by marshals for guests needing restroom access; vehicles must have a driver at all times and remain in designated space during this time. Emergency access –  

• cars experiencing breakdowns must exit the cue immediately.  
• vehicles that need to leave the chute due to an emergency must make the nearest Gondwana Representative aware and a path will be cleared for the vehicle to exit the premises.  

Guests must follow marshal instructions at all times for safety and flow control within the chute. 

Voucher sales operate on a first come, first served basis – no exceptions once sold out. 

Rights of admission reserved. 

No loitering is permitted.  

Respect Marshals, Activators, Sales Agents, etc at all times. Failure to do so will result in sale-forfeit and immediate removal from the venue.  

No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted entrance to venue.   

Littering will lead to immediate removal from venue. 

Guests attending the Gondwana Collection Namibia Black Friday Drive-Through are invited to participate in two promotional draws. 

• Guests may enter by sharing a selfie taken at the event on social media platforms using the official campaign hashtag #BFDriveThrough.

• Each qualifying post using the hashtag will constitute one valid entry into the draw. 
• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and will be notified directly by Gondwana Collection Namibia.

• Participants who correctly guess the event venue before it is officially announced stand a chance to win a special hamper sponsored by The Narrative Namibia. 
• Only one entry per person is permitted. 
• Winners will be randomly selected from all correct submissions and notified directly by Gondwana Collection Namibia. 

Prizes, including hampers from The Narrative Namibia, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

The organiser’s decision regarding the draw process, eligibility, and final winners is final and binding. 

Accommodation vouchers are available in two categories: 

• Bookings with Gondwana Black Friday accommodation vouchers are possible online ONLY via the Gondwana webstore. 
• N$500 per person (no single supplement): Kalahari Farmhouse, Canyon Roadhouse, Canyon Village, Namib Desert Lodge, Namib Dune Star Camp, Damara Mopane Lodge, Palmwag Lodge & Camp, Omarunga Epupa-Falls Camp, Etosha Safari Camp, Chobe River Camp. 

• N$1000 per person (no single supplement): Kalahari Anib Lodge, Canyon Lodge, The Desert Grace, Etosha King Nehale, Etosha Safari Lodge, Hakusembe River Lodge, Namushasha River Lodge, Zambezi Mubala Lodge.

• Excluded properties: Klein-Aus Vista, Okapuka Safari Lodge, The Weinberg Windhoek, The Weinberg Urban Pods, Reverie, Desert Whisper, The Delight Swakopmund, The Pearls Swakopmund, The Ekipa, Namushasha River Villa, Zambezi Mubala Camp, Camping2Go, and Camping. 

• Rates include bed & breakfast. Other meals, drinks, and activities are additional. 

• On Black Friday limited vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the drive-through event.

Vouchers for the Go2 Tourism Shuttle are available for N$500.00 per leg per person for all routes, excluding Victoria Falls.  

Bookings with Gondwana Black Friday Go2 vouchers are possible online ONLY on the Go2 website https://go2.na/ 

To enable a booking with a Gondwana Black Friday Go2 voucher, the person making the booking must provide the voucher number, payment reference as well as the regular booking information (including ID or passport number).

Make your shuttle booking at least one day (24 hours) prior to departure, by 12:00 pm (noon).
