Prepare to be amazed by the sight of nocturnal desert creatures on a short, guided night walk after dinner. No refreshments or snacks offered.

Morning/Afternoon Nature Drive

These drives are the perfect way to getting acquainted with the Kalahari Desert. The morning or sunset drive with panoramic views across the Kalahari dunes is something to remember forever. Refreshments and a light snack will be provided. The sundowner dune drive includes a ± 30 - 40 minute sundowner on a dune, where guests can enjoy a drink and snacks while watching the sun set. Arrival back at the lodge is in time for dinner.

Family Morning Nature Drive

Join a 2-hour morning drive with a dedicated tour guide. After a leisurely drive guests will arrive at one of the red dunes. The red sand of the dunes invites all children to play. The family will spend some relaxed time on the dunes with coffee and hot chocolate. The guide will share some interesting facts on fauna and flora with the children (and their parents). This activity is offered during morning hours only and is subject to availability.

How many camping spots are available at Kalahari Anib Campsite? 

The property offers just three exclusive, deeply private campsites located under iconic acacia trees. Each individual campsite can comfortably accommodate a maximum of six guests, one camper van, or two 4x4 SUV vehicles with rooftop tents. This makes the layout ideal for families or small groups of friends traveling together through southern Namibia. The camps are well-spaced from each other.
