    Overview & Location

Escape to the serene retreat of Hakusembe River Camping2Go, a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Situated next to the renowned Hakusembe River Lodge, Camping2Go offers guests a unique blend of adventure and comfort. Enjoy the freedom of camping with the added benefit of easy access to the lodge's facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool, a cozy bar, and a range of exciting activities.

The camp features four comfortable safari tents, each equipped with four beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower. Outside, you’ll find a spacious veranda with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a fridge, stove, sink, and all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. The open air braai area and fire pit create the perfect setting for a memorable evening under the stars.

Located in the heart of the Okavango East Region, 16km west of Rundu, off the B10, this idyllic spot offers a unique opportunity to experience Namibia’s diverse landscapes, from the lush Okavango riverbank to semi-arid plains. It’s also an ideal stopover en route to the Zambezi Region and the iconic Victoria Falls, providing a perfect pause on your journey.

Take note: In the dry season between September and December, the rivers tend to hold so little water that boat trips are limited, with little or no access to the river channels. You are welcome to enquire about the boat cruise activities upon check-in. We make every effort to maintain the activity as long as water levels permit. The safety of our guests comes first.
