The upgrade is mostly in the main conference venue, which has now been changed to a large premium room. Old carpet has been replaced with wood floors, and the antiquated projection system has been replaced with a stunning floor-to-ceiling LED wall.

The result is a more immersive setting for conferences, presentations, launches and events, with high-quality visuals that remain clear and impactful regardless of the room’s lighting.
The smaller conference rooms have been heavily upgraded with technology as well. Existing ceiling projectors have been replaced with 100-inch 4K screens, while wireless casting allows compatible devices to connect with ease. Plug-and-play connection points are also available for presenters who prefer a direct wired connection.

A key highlight is that two conference rooms feature a permanent, built-in conferencing solution that is currently unique in Namibia. While organisers would typically need to hire this equipment separately, The Weinberg includes it as part of the venue.
The upgrade was also designed with reliability in mind. Local audiovisual specialists assisted with the installation and trained The Weinberg’s internal team, allowing employees to provide faster support and troubleshoot issues without unnecessary delays.
