Terms & Conditions
1. General Information:
• The "Leap Year Proposals" campaign is a contest offering a dream getaway at the Reverie Kalahari Pod for couples planning a proposal in 2024 or who have already proposed at one of Gondwana’s lodges in 2024.
• Participation is open to everyone, regardless of Gondwana membership.
• Only one entry per couple, but they may submit multiple photos and a video.
• The Gondwana Collection Namibia lodge where the proposal took place must be clearly visible in the photos and/or video.
• Submission can be done through WhatsApp (+264-81-160-3466)
• Proposal must have taken place in 2024 (1 January 2024 to 31 October 2024)
• Submission period: 1 May 2024 to 31 October 2024
Prize:
• One winning couple will be chosen based on social media engagement (likes) on their proposal photos/videos.
• The prize includes a luxurious stay at the Reverie.

o Booking window: 01 December 2024 to 30 June 2025
Announcement:
• The winner will be announced on 1 November 2024.
2. Selection and Notification:
• Social media engagement (likes) will determine the winning couple.
• The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp and email with instructions on claiming the prize.
3. Prize Claiming and Booking:
• The winning couple must confirm their prize acceptance within a week of the announcement (latest 8 November 2024).
• Booking for the Reverie Kalahari Pod stay can be done online or through the Gondwana booking office.
• The stay must be completed between 1 December 2024 and 30 June 2025.
4. Additional Notes:
• Travel arrangements and additional costs are not included in the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
