Relax at one of our lodges after a long drive or a stressful day of business meetings and let us spoil you at a preferential rate.

You and your company’s employees are entitled to 20% discount on accommodation bookings once you have registered your company with Gondwana and received your unique company code. Employees, who already have a Gondwana Card can be booked at the relevant Gondwana Card rates.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change in our sole discretion of the Board. The Terms and conditions as published on the Website at the time of the booking shall apply.

Gondwana shall not be obliged to notify card holders of any amendments or change to the conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

For the Corporate profile to be created under company. Invoicing details, booking representative and general contact information must be provided.
Companies registered with Gondwana Collection Namibia employees / company representative who do not have or do not qualify for the Gondwana card are booked on the 20% Corporate discount rate for accommodation (excluding campsites). All Gondwana card holders are booked on their respective Gondwana card discount rates.
Children are not company employees or company representatives and as such they cannot be booked under a company name / company profile.
Gondwana shall not be obliged to notify card holders of any amendments or change to the conditions.
The Corporate accommodation discount cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other promotional / special rates and discounts.
In order for Corporate discount to be applied, the booking must be made in the name of the Company using the unique company code.
Rooming lists to be given with the booking request.
All Extras ordered / booked by employees at the lodge must be paid in full before departure from the lodge.
Gondwana accepts no liability for unauthorized bookings made by employees of the Company providing the unique company code. The Company will remain responsible for managing its internal authorization processes.
The Company / Corporate Booking Agent (as applicable) shall be responsible for payment of any corporate bookings made in accordance with the payment conditions communicated herein. Standard payment conditions apply if no credit agreement is set.
All bookings with the arrival date falling within 5 days from date of receipt of the booking must be paid in full immediately to secure the bookings.
All bookings with the arrival dates falling after 5 days from date of receipt of the booking must be paid in full within 72 hours (3 days) from date of receipt of the booking to secure the booking.
All bookings with no payments as per the above payment periods will be cancelled.
Cancellation fees will be applied in line with the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

+ 29 days prior to arrival: 10%
22 – 28 days prior to arrival: 20%
15 – 21 days prior to arrival: 30%
08 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50%
04 – 07 days prior to arrival: 75%
01 – 03 days prior to arrival: 90%
