Have 5 years of Maintenance Management experience.
Responsible for the management of all maintenance aspects of the lodge, both reactive and preventative.
Demonstrate environmental awareness, cost efficiency, health and safety measures. Manage maintenance schedules and budgetary goals.
Ensuring optimal lodge operations, while upholding the Gondwana standard.
Being a custodian of Gondwana Values, with a passion for People and the Environment. Driving excellence within the team, while being visible and available to guests.
Be a team player, demonstrating strong interpersonal shills, with the ability to communicate effectively with third parties (e.g suppliers).
Be responsible for accurate and timeous debtors and creditors.
