Terms & Conditions - Lucky in Love
Only confirmed and paid bookings made by 23:59 on Wednesdays in February (4, 11, 18, 25 February 2026) qualify for the Thursday upgrade draw of the Lucky in Love campaign.
The Lucky in Love upgrade only applies to bookings for two persons sharing a room, for any Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights at selected lodges subject to availability. This applies to the Windhoek, Kalahari, Canyon, Namib, Swakopmund, Etosha and Zambezi Mubala collections. Upgrades are awarded at Gondwana Collection Namibia’s discretion.
The lucky winners are notified every Thursday between 12:00 and 14:00 via email or telephone.
The Lucky in Love upgrades apply to new Wednesday bookings made in February 2026 only.
Accommodation bookings are possible online on the Gondwana webstore https://gondwana-collection.com/?lodges_and_camps or by email to directres(at)gcnam.com.
There will be no refunds for Lucky in Love bookings, and no extensions or transfers.
Apart from the Gondwana Membership and the Low Season Deal, no other Gondwana accommodation promotions or vouchers apply to Lucky in Love bookings.
Gondwana vouchers from previous sales (e.g. Black Friday or a Flash Sale) will not be considered for the Lucky in Love draw, even if they relate to the same destinations and lodges.
Preferential rates do not apply. This offer is non-commissionable.
This promotion does not apply to agents or operators for retail purposes. This offer also excludes corporate bookings.
