Situated in Okahandja, Heal the Land has created a network to support a few other organisations. Meals are provided to homeless children, as well as food-insecure households, through MealForTwo. Other needed items, such as masks, cleaning materials, education goods, to name a few, are distributed into the community.
The organisation also benefits from Back-to-School Christmas Bag Project.
Based in Okahandja, this Global United endorsed feeding scheme offers daily meals to over 100 children. The Centre also has a kindergarten. Khaibaisen Centre receives support from MealForTwo, as well as general support for needs within the community, such as cleaning products, etc.
The Centre is also a beneficiary of the Back-to-School Christmas Bag Project.
Situated in Okahandja, this project offers medical care to over 100 homeless children. Here they receive counselling, access to a bath and clean change of clothing when ever possible.

This project is located at Nau Aib in Okahandja, and offers elderly members of the community a safe home. MealForTwo supports the home.
