go2.naFull payment is required at the time of booking.
Block bookings and generic placeholder allotments are not allowed. Every traveller must be identified by name at booking and at departure.
For specific routes such as Victoria Falls, bookings should ideally be completed by 12:00 the day before departure.
Departure time and place are fixed as published on the booking website, go2.na.
Please be at the collection point at least 15 minutes before departure, with your ticket reference number or the booking confirmation from your confirmation email on hand for boarding.
Because of strict scheduling, and to ensure a comfortable drive and on-time arrival, drivers are not permitted to wait for passengers who have not arrived at the collection point at departure time.
Drop-offs and pick-ups selected along the route are done at the indicated route stops. Passengers must arrange their own transport to and from these route stops to the lodges they are booked with.
This is what allows the Go2 to reach the end destination at the indicated time.
The rate that applies on the date of purchase is valid only for the itinerary and the specific travel dates shown on the trip summary.
All rates exclude park fees where applicable.
Go2 expressly reserves the right to amend rates in the event of unforeseen increases in supplier tariffs, taxes or other government levies, tourism levies, fuel prices, other taxes of whatever nature, or other factors beyond its control.
We know plans can change, so here is what you need to know before you book.
Go2 reserves the right to cancel any of its services for any reason without prior notice. Passengers will be refunded for any tickets purchased for the cancelled trips.
Go2 will not be liable for any additional loss or damage incurred by passengers as a result of such a cancellation.
Changes to your booking can only be made more than 24 hours before departure.
Passengers may adjust their purchased route on the website. Adjustments may incur an additional cost, which becomes immediately payable to confirm the new route.
Any refunds that become due as a result of an adjustment are processed within 5 to 7 days of cancellation.
All children must occupy a seat and may not be seated on another passenger's lap. Car seats are available on request.
Children under 13 years of age may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult older than 18.
Each fare-paying passenger may take one piece of luggage free of charge and at own risk, not exceeding 80 cm × 60 cm × 30 cm in size and 20 kg in mass.
Go2 will not transport any luggage that is not accompanied by a passenger.
All persons entering a Go2 vehicle, or property owned by or under the control of Gondwana Collection Namibia, do so entirely at their own risk.
It is strongly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover, as well as cancellation and curtailment cover. This is not covered by Go2.
Go2 shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any nature whatever suffered by the passenger or any party arising from the loss of or any damage to property.
Should sickness or accident interrupt a trip, Go2 shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from it. Go2 strongly recommends that passengers hold the necessary insurance to protect against any eventuality.
Passengers are solely responsible for complying with the formalities required by police, customs, health and other authorities at the point of departure, at the destination and while in transit.
Passengers may not carry any unlawful or hazardous articles or substances on the Go2. Should a passenger contravene this prohibition, Go2 is entitled to exclude the offender from the trip immediately, and that passenger is responsible for their own repatriation and all associated costs. Go2 will under no circumstances assist such an offender in any dealings or negotiations with any authority.
Go2 reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any passenger who interferes with other passengers on board, or who causes any disturbance or nuisance.
Go2 holds the required passenger liability insurance; however, liability in the event of loss or damage of property or monies, personal injury or death may be limited.
The safety and comfort of our passengers is our first priority, and to that end our drivers are adequately licensed and experienced long-distance drivers. They are required to adhere to national road regulations, which includes maintaining the relevant speed limit and making authorised stops only.
Passengers are asked to refrain from making requests to drivers that may compromise their ability to offer a safe and timely experience, and must accept all reasonable instructions of the Go2 driver.
In accordance with international practice, and as a courtesy to non-smoking passengers, travellers' co-operation is required in implementing a policy of prohibiting smoking on vehicles. At no time and under no circumstances is smoking permitted on vehicles.
Go2 reserves the right to alter or substitute vehicles or other arrangements should conditions necessitate. Go2 will offer substitutes of equal value and will inform the client of any known changes before departure.
No onboard food and beverages are offered. Only one refreshment stop is made along the route, so clients are advised to buy any refreshments they need before departure.
The general terms and conditions of accommodation service providers, including Gondwana Collection lodge properties, apply independently of the Go2. Please make the necessary arrangements with your accommodation provider for any additional services required, such as early check-in, late check-out or a transfer to the Go2 departure point.

Children under the age of 12 are not accepted on scheduled tours. Please ask our tour consultants for alternatives, or to book the tour on a private basis.
We only take payment for the rental amount. When collecting your rental you may be required to pay additional fees. These depend on the type of vehicle rented, and may include contract fees, over-border fees and costs for additional drivers.
You may also be liable for an excess, or deductible, on your vehicle. This is the amount you pay in the event of damage or theft. The exact excess depends on the type of vehicle and the waivers you purchase. Excesses are generally authorised on the renter's credit card at the time of rental.
The terms and conditions for each vehicle rented are included in the information pack issued at the time of booking. Please familiarise yourself with them, as they apply to you in addition to these terms and conditions.

All clients of Gondwana (includes Gondwana Travel Centre, Gondwana DMC, Namibia2Go) are strongly advised to ensure that they are adequately covered for unforeseen incidents including but not limited to personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, loss/theft, personal liability, cancellation and curtailment cover, etc.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any and all documentation required for entry into and exit from Namibia and any other relevant destinations are valid and in place.
This includes but is not limited to passports, visas and any health certificates that may be required.
Some neighbouring countries do also require visas, vehicle insurance, road-use taxes and other regulatory fees to be paid in US Dollar (USD). Please ensure that you have adequate funds available for this purpose during your trip.
Our consultants can advise you on some of these requirements, however Gondwana does not accept liability for any losses or damage arising as a result of your reliance on this information.
The client remains solely responsible for obtaining the relevant and updated information in this regard.
Most dietary requirements can be catered for. It is advised that the client communicates any such specific dietary requirements at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter in order to ensure these can be met.
The vast landscapes and remote destinations of Namibia not only offer the traveller much to admire but do also present a challenge in procuring special dietary needs at short notice. For this reason, food orders are made well in advance.
Please take note that our trading currency is the Namibian Dollar (NAD). The client bears the liability for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and should this result in a shortfall on the deposit or a shortfall in the balance of the quoted products/services, the client will be required to make payment of such shortfall.
Refunds are processed and paid in our trading currency. Any fluctuations in the exchange rate or bank charges levied on the refund payment will be at the client’s sole risk and liability.
Please note further that the Bank of Namibia requires certain documents to be presented to their satisfaction before a foreign account refund can be processed and paid. Unfortunately, we have little control over this process other than ensuring, with your cooperation that these requirements are met for this process.
Please note that these General Terms and Conditions shall be read together/in conjunction with each the Product-/Service Specific Terms and Conditions related to a product/service booked for the purposes of the bookings made by the client using our products or services.
Certain Product-/Service Specific Terms and Conditions can however not be applied to another product/service to which it does not relate (i.e., Namibia2Go specific terms and conditions cannot be applied to Gondwana Collection products).
Where suppliers are used to provide a specific product/service, the terms of use of that supplier shall be communicated to the client and shall apply as necessary to the relevant booking transaction in question.
