Terms & Conditions for the May Magic Flash Sale

• Accommodation bookings are ONLY possible online on the Gondwana webstore https://gondwana-collection.com/. You can find a video on how to redeem your voucher here.
• No walk-in bookings will be accepted at the lodge.
• Participation is reserved for Gondwana Members (card holders).
• All Gondwana Members (card holders) can purchase "May Magic Flash Sale" vouchers.
• Vouchers are valid for stays between 6 May and 24 May 2025. Check out on Saturday, 24 May 2025.
• Voucher purchase window: 6 May 2025 (opening at 10h00) – 8 May 2025 (closing at 13h00)
• N$ 750.00 per person sharing (no single supplement applies) for The Delight Swakopmund only.
• N$ 950.00 per person sharing (no single supplement applies) for Kalahari Anib Lodge, Kalahari Farmhouse, Etosha Safari Lodge, Canyon Lodge, Canyon Roadhouse, Canyon Village, Damara Mopane Lodge only.
• N$ 1,500.00 per person sharing (no single supplement applies) for Dune Star Camp, The Desert Grace, Etosha King Nehale and Zambezi Mubala Lodge only.
• Rates include dinner, bed & breakfast (except for The Delight Swakopmund, where rates only include bed & breakfast).
• You can purchase as many vouchers as you wish – while stocks last.
• Additional Gondwana Members (card holders) benefits apply to activities only, not to the special dinner, bed and breakfast rate.
• Dinner, bed, and breakfast are included (other meals, activities, and drinks can be purchased at the property), except for The Delight Swakopmund (only includes bed & breakfast).
• Campsites and Camping2Go are not included in this special.
• There is no additional discount for children aged 6 - 13. Children aged 0 – 5 stay free of charge; no voucher is needed.
• This promotional rate does not apply to bookings made before 6 May 2025.
• Promotional vouchers cannot be used on existing fully paid bookings.
• This offer is subject to availability.
• To enable the booking, the person making the booking must provide the voucher number, payment reference, and the Gondwana Membership number of each person accompanying him/her.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash; they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• All vouchers expire on 24 May 2025 at midnight.
• There will be no refunds for unused or lost vouchers. There will be no extensions.
• The "May Magic Flash Sale" vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other Gondwana accommodation promotions or vouchers.
• Vouchers from previous sales cannot be redeemed, even if they relate to the same destinations and lodges.
• Preferential rates do not apply. This offer is non-commissionable.
• This promotion does not apply to agents or operators for retail purposes.
• Over and above the aforementioned, the general Gondwana Membership T's & C's apply.
• You agree to be bound to these terms when using or attempting to use the "May Magic Flash Sale" vouchers and acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
