Money, jewelry or any other valuables that are brought onto the properties namely Gondwana Collection Namibia (Pty) LTD Properties / Gondwana Hospitality Management (Pty) LTD Properties, are at the guest’s own risk. The Property (Gondwana Collection Namibia (Pty) LTD Properties/Gondwana Hospitality Management (Pty) LTD Properties ) and / or the Management accept no liability and shall not be responsibility for any loss or damage thereto. And guests remain responsible for the safekeeping and making use of in room safes provided for these items.
The Lodge / Hotel guarantees not to disclose personal information to third parties other than affiliated companies.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Please be reminded that “right of admission is reserved”
The Guest shall be liable for damage caused by his act, omission or negligence. If the damage is discovered after the Guest has left, the Lodge / Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card with; or to send an invoice for, the amount required to repair any such damage.
Notwithstanding any method of payment, I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any such cost and charges are not paid in full and confirm that my responsibility and liability in that regard is not waivered or released in any way.
All indoor venues and Lodge / Hotel rooms at the property are non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke may do so at the cigarette bins or designated smoking areas located throughout the property. The Lodge / Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional amount for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 24 hours after the Guest has departed in order to clear any room of smoke before re-letting to a non-smoking Guest.
If the staff finds any personal effects, goods left behind by a Guest or any other lost property, Gondwana Collection Namibia (Pty) LTD) Properties / Gondwana Hospitality Management (Pty) LTD Properties, will retain such items. Items not claimed within 3 months will be disposed of at the Lodge’s / Hotel’s discretion.
Indemnity and agree to hold harmless Gondwana Collection Namibia (Pty) LTD Properties / Gondwana Hospitality Management (Pty) LTD Properties, against all and any claims of whatever nature and howsoever arising from any cause during the period of my venture safari, including traveling to, from and within any wildlife area, which any one or more of my dependents or any third party may have, including but not limited, to claims arising from my death , personal injury or loss or damage to my possession.
