• The fees are relevant to all applications.
• Gondwana Card/Memberships have a 5-year term with expiry date 5 years from the date of issue.
• Temporary memberships are only valid for the duration of the work visa permit provided.
• Gondwana Collection issues physical Gondwana Membership Cards only on special request because you no longer need to present a physical card when making a booking. All you need to do is quote your Gondwana Card/Membership number, which will be checked for validity against your relevant ID/passport number.
• Adults (14 yrs and older) – N$ 300 per membership as from 1 November 2019.
• Children 6-13 yrs – N$ 150 per membership as from 1 November 2019.
• Children 0-5 yrs – No membership required.
• Each holder/applicant needs to have their own Gondwana Card/Membership to qualify for the special rates.

Gondwana still issues physical Gondwana Cards to its members on special request which can be presented at check-in at the lodges/hotels. However, it is no longer mandatory to present the physical cards. A valid Gondwana Card/Membership number  and positive identification (e.g. ID document, passport) will be required when checking in, and/or paying for dinner and activities.

• Members only qualify for the discounts referred to herein when reservations and payments are made directly with Gondwana.
• Rates and details as published on the website on the date of booking shall apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices relating to the bookings will be indicated during the booking process.
• No discounts allowed for bookings made via any Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Online Booking Platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb etc.).
• No discounts will be granted on any bookings prior to the issuing of Gondwana Card/Membership.
• No discounts will be granted on expired memberships.
• Refunds to be affected according to the cancellation policy.
• Due to its already low prices, Klein-Aus Vista Campsite and Geisterschlucht Cabin will be the only exclusion from the Gondwana Card/Membership discount.

• The Gondwana Card/Membership discounts may be used throughout the year at any of the Gondwana Collection properties in Namibia with the exception of Klein-Aus Vista Campsite and the Geisterschlucht Cabin.
• The Gondwana Card/Membership is not transferrable, and no rights shall be ceded.
• The validity of member numbers' will be verified in respect of all bookings.
• Proof of payment and booking confirmation from Gondwana Collection Namibia shall be presented at check-in.
• On arrival at the accommodation facilities, all the members included in the booking have to present positive proof of identification.

Please see the online payment procedure below. Online bookings for several Gondwana Card members can be accepted if valid Gondwana Card/Membership numbers are submitted for all members. Guests who do not have valid member numbers will be charged at normal rates.

Due to the nature of the enquiry, the Availability Status given by our booking agents is not binding.

• Check ALL booking details on the Booking Summary/Confirmation received.
• Advise Gondwana booking agent of incorrect booking details or changes immediately.
• Payment strictly 72 hours (3 days) after receipt of the Booking Summary, failing which the booking will be deleted from the system automatically without prior notice.
• The Status of the booking summary is PROVISIONAL and will only be converted to CONFIRMED, once the full payment reflects on our bank statement.
• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of the booking.
• Bookings made directly on arrival have to be paid in full at the property/facility (discounts for card holders applicable).
