KERCON Hospitality Solutions and Gondwana Collection Namibia’s like-minded efforts towards sustainability, led to the fitting of a Mixer and Water Fountain Dispenser at Kalahari Anib Lodge.
This dispenser allows for the lodge to make use of a variety of Hound’s mixers – including tonic water, lemonade and ginger ale – in the form of a concentrate, with the final mixture completed in the dispenser – on tap and on-site.
The tonic water flavours are exquisitely crafted to contain low kilojoules with a variety of sugar free options, without sacrificing the taste. Additionally, having these mixers available on tap and in reusable containers reduces waste and 80% of transportation, which further reduces the carbon footprint. In addition to the offering a flexible solution with drink mixers, the dispensing unit also offers filtered Still and Sparkling water on tap.
Guests who love ‘Gin & Tonic’ or Sparkling water will be able to have a first-hand experience of seeing their tonic and Sparkling water made prior to consumption.
