What if... it only takes 12 months to transform your behaviour, 6 modules to discover your full potential, a trustworthy team to nurture your self-esteem and one decision to break free from the passive role and begin crafting your own life?

This is the Go4Gold program in a nutshell, this is the "Gondwana Way".

Our formula to success is rooted in our commitment to invest in our people and embrace a culture of transparency as the very foundation of our organisational philosophy. Within this framework, we cultivate an environment where every team member plays a meaningful role, contributing to our collective success.

The Gondwana Go4Gold team of 2024 commenced their advanced leadership journey in January. Eager to evolve into mindful leaders, they are poised to make a positive and enduring impact not only on their teams but also on Gondwana as a whole.

Gys Joubert, CEO of Gondwana Collection, welcomed the new Go4Gold team, emphasising the noble act of investing in people. "This team is Gondwana's future," he remarked. Joubert highlighted that the Go4Gold program is designed to challenge deep-seated fears and personal convictions. By fully embracing and trusting the process, participants can expect life-altering positive changes.

The journey promises to be simultaneously exciting and demanding, offering participants a crucial choice between comfort and courage. Joubert noted: "When you choose courage, growth will follow." These empowering words set the tone for overcoming hurdles and emerging as strong leaders from the training.

The programme unfolds across 6 modules, each spanning 4 days over 12 months. It includes 5 "on-the-job" projects to seamlessly integrate gained knowledge into the workplace, along with a year project fostering planning, strategic thinking, decision-making, and budgeting. At Gondwana, the employees aren't just workers; they are key stakeholders in the journey toward success.

The first session marked the completion of Module 1, laying the groundwork for leadership by delving into essential aspects such as self-awareness and understanding human perceptions. These fundamentals serve as the building blocks, empowering individuals to navigate the complexities of leading others.

"I extend my best wishes to the Go4Gold team for their personal development journey," said Gys Joubert expressing anticipation for their final presentations in November. The presentations will showcase the practical application of their acquired knowledge and skills.
