Gondwana Care Trust Back-To-School Box

Written by Gondwana Collection | Mar 11, 2026 9:15:00 AM

The Back-To-School Box is an initiative designed to support underserved schools and homework clubs by ensuring access to essential stationery and toiletries within the learning environment. Each box is strategically placed at participating schools and stocked with basic supplies such as pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, notebooks, and essential hygiene items that learners may need.

These resources are made readily accessible to learners who may not have the necessary
materials, helping to remove barriers to actively participate in the classroom. By addressing both educational and basic personal needs, the initiative plays a vital role in creating a more supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Back
-To-School Box provides a sustainable yearly supply of essential tools to support learners. Each box is managed in collaboration with school staff to ensure that supplies are properly maintained and distributed responsibly.

This project was launched in partnership with Promiseland in Walvis Bay, our valued Care Trust Partner, with the first box proudly sponsored by Global United whose generous support made this initiative possible. Through this collaboration, we aim to expand the reach of the initiative to more schools and homework clubs, fostering a culture of care, preparedness, and academic empowerment for all learners, while also welcoming additional sponsors interested in contributing to future boxes to contact us for more information.
