This year’s ceremony highlighted the remarkable work being done across Namibia’s tourism sector, and we are honoured to have stood among industry leaders who are shaping the future of travel in our country. For Gondwana, the evening was a meaningful milestone - a moment that reaffirmed our mission to create experiences that are not only memorable for guests, but also impactful for communities and the environment around us.

Each award represents the work of dedicated teams across Namibia who consistently bring creativity, professionalism and heartfelt hospitality to our guests. From our lodge staff and transfer crews to operational managers, experience designers and community partners, these victories are shared across our organisation and the wider ecosystems we collaborate with.

Reflecting on the recognition, Gys Joubert, Managing Director at Gondwana Collection Namibia, shared that the moment was received “with great humility and gratitude,” noting that while each award carries deep meaning, they are the result of a collective effort. “These honours belong to the 1,500 committed and passionate Gondwanians whose hard work makes everything possible. We are also deeply grateful for the support of the tourism industry and the Namibian public at large - without them, we would not be here today.”
