Gondwana Care Trust recently welcomed members of Global United FC, a long-standing international football partnership, for community visits in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay.

Eleven former professional players spent time with beneficiaries including Stepping Stone in Swakopmund and Yahweh and Promiseland in Walvis Bay, bringing energy, encouragement and football skills to children and youth. Global United have been valued long-term collaborators with Gondwana Care Trust, supporting initiatives such as the Meal4Two and Back-to-School programmes, environmental awareness activities and grassroot football development.

During their visit they took part in community engagement sessions and played an exciting friendly with the U15 Playtime Programme - a session proudly supported by Cavema Fishing. The visit will conclude with a full match against a Walvis Bay municipal side, continuing a partnership that blends sport, community care and environmental stewardship.
