In a couple of weeks, on 19 May, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will get married at Windsor Castle in the St George’s Chapel. – I am particularly excited to see the exquisite style of Meghan’s wedding dress, and whether Barack and Michelle Obama will be waltzing into the chapel as their guests. I’ll definitely be glued to the television for a few good hours – so bring on the popcorn and chocolate Astros. According to the Daily Mail and Daily Express there has been talk of a honeymoon trip to Namibia. Natural Selection’s newest addition, Hoanib Valley Camp, would be one of their potential romantic hideouts. Namibia is definitely a destination that I would consider ‘to get away from it all’, set in a nature that is simultaneously rugged, soft and colourful.
Whether the Prince and his soon-to-be Duchess are to spend time in Namibia or not, it’s ok as there is a slim chance we could run into them. But if this royal couple can make it to Namibia, so can you and here are a few reasons to spend your honeymoon or next holiday here:
