Important information and numbers when traveling Namibia

Written by Gondwana Collection | Apr 10, 2015 3:38:28 PM

This week I don’t have a story to tell or a collage of beautiful photos. Instead, I have made a compilation of important information and numbers to keep at hand when traveling Namibia.

Mobile phones run on the GSM network, using the same frequency as Europe and the rest of Africa. Most hotels and lodges have internet access but in some remote areas the internet is slower than what you are used to. To spare yourself the frustration, take the chance to go on a technology detox, and pack away that Smartphone and laptop till your back home.
