Gondwana’s Peoples Team is looking for new lodge-based colleagues who are good team players and feel comfortable in rural environments:

  • CHEF

Requirements: Previous experience in the related field | Valid references | Available to work remotely on lodges.

Assistant Lodge Manager. Assist the lodge manager‘s in their over-all duties and act as deputy for the managers during their absence; ensure the lodge is fully operational within its operating budget and the year-end result is economical. Supervise all staff to perform as a team and fulfil the standards of Gondwana Collection Namibia. More information
